Initial Consultation
We invite all our clients to the studio for an initial design consultation where we take a detailed brief to appreciate how you intend to use the space.
To help us understand your style, you may opt to bring images to show us. We can also share ideas, samples and pictures to help guide the discussion.
Design Development
We develop a design and quotation for you based on the detailed brief we’ve taken.
Present Design
We invite you back into the studio for a fun – and, we hope, exciting – meeting where we unveil a concept design to you. You may fall in love with our design immediately, or we may need to go away and make some changes.
Design Approval and Order Confirmation
Once we’ve developed the design to the point that you’re delighted with it, we wait for your confirmation.
Site Survey
On confirmation of the order we send our survey manager out to measure up.
Signoff
After the site survey, any resulting changes needed to the design are usually made.
Installation
